# Directions:
01 - Combine pineapple juice, granulated sugar, and freshly grated ginger in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly to dissolve sugar. Maintain gentle simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until slightly thickened. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a clean container and allow to cool completely before use.
02 - Pour guava nectar, passionfruit juice, unsweetened coconut milk, and cooled pineapple-ginger syrup into a cocktail shaker or large glass jar. Add ice cubes, seal tightly, and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until well combined and frothy.
03 - Pour mixed beverage evenly into two tall glasses filled with fresh ice cubes.
04 - Garnish each glass with pineapple wedges or edible flowers if desired. Serve immediately while chilled.
