# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl or large mason jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until well combined.
02 - Fold in the creamy peanut butter and mini chocolate chips, stirring to distribute evenly throughout the mixture.
03 - Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 6 hours, allowing the oats to fully hydrate and reach desired thickness.
04 - In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of additional milk if you prefer a looser, pourable texture.
05 - Divide between serving bowls and top with sliced bananas, a drizzle of peanut butter, and additional chocolate chips according to preference.
