06 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
07 - 1 small garlic clove, minced

08 - 2 tbsp honey
09 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
10 - 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
11 - 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
12 - Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

# Directions:

01 - In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth and creamy, approximately 2 to 3 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
02 - Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning by adding more lemon juice or olive oil if desired.
03 - Spoon the whipped feta into a shallow serving bowl.
04 - Create a swirl on the surface with the back of a spoon, then drizzle generously with honey and a little olive oil.
05 - Sprinkle chopped dill, mint, cracked black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired over the top.
06 - Serve immediately accompanied by pita chips, crostini, or fresh vegetable crudités.
