→ Oats Base

01 - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
02 - 1 cup milk, dairy or unsweetened plant-based
03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
04 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
05 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
06 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of salt

→ Strawberry Layer

08 - 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, diced, plus extra for topping
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
10 - 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

→ Topping

11 - 2 graham crackers, crushed
12 - 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts, optional

# Directions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together oats, milk, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until creamy and well combined.
02 - In a separate small bowl, toss diced strawberries with lemon juice and 1 teaspoon maple syrup.
03 - Layer the oat mixture and strawberry mixture in two jars or lidded containers. Begin with half the oats, then spoon half the strawberries on top. Repeat with remaining oats and strawberries.

05 - Just before serving, top each jar with crushed graham crackers and additional strawberries. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes indulgent enough to feel like cheesecake but actually fuels your body with real oats and protein.
  • Zero cooking required means you can make it on a Sunday and have grab-and-go breakfasts all week long.
  • The crunchy graham cracker topping stays crispy until the last spoonful, giving you that textural contrast that makes eating interesting.
02 -
  • Adding the graham crackers the night before is a mistake I made exactly once, and they turned into soggy sadness by morning.
  • Room-temperature cream cheese is non-negotiable if you want a smooth mixture, straight-from-the-fridge cream cheese will chunk up and ruin your whole vibe.
03 -
  • Crush your graham crackers by putting them in a sealed bag and using your hands instead of a food processor, which turns them to powder instead of giving you those satisfying crunchy chunks.
  • If your cream cheese is straight from the fridge and won't blend smoothly, let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes or microwave it in 10-second intervals until it softens slightly.
