# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Zero guilt, maximum flavor, which honestly feels like getting away with something delicious.
  • Comes together faster than ordering takeout, perfect for those days when you're hungry now.
  • The lettuce stays crispy if you assemble it right at serving time, which means every bite feels fresh.
  • Keto-friendly without tasting like you're missing out on the real thing.
02 -
  • Wet lettuce is your enemy, so wash and dry it properly, or the whole wrap becomes a limp disappointment.
  • Assemble these last minute before eating, not hours ahead, the gap between components is what keeps this from becoming sad.
03 -
  • Make your bacon ahead of time and store it in the fridge, then let it come to room temperature so it's still crispy but not actively hot when you eat it.
  • If you want to prep components the night before, keep everything separate and assemble fresh, which takes five minutes and preserves the entire point of this dish.
