# What You’ll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

→ Cheese Filling

02 - 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
03 - 1.5 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 8 cubes
04 - 1 tbsp fresh chives or parsley, finely chopped (optional)
05 - ½ tsp dried Italian herbs

→ Topping

06 - 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
07 - ¼ tsp garlic powder
08 - 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

# Directions:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
03 - Place one cube each of mozzarella and cheddar at the wide end of every triangle. Sprinkle with Italian herbs and optional chopped chives or parsley.
04 - Roll each triangle from the wide end, tucking the ends to enclose the cheese.
05 - Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet with the seam side down.
06 - Combine melted butter and garlic powder, then brush over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - Bake rolls for 13 to 15 minutes until golden and puffed.
08 - Allow rolls to cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
